Have her try a trickle charger if she stores it inside.

That seems to be a very lame excuse about her not using her car too often. My sister has a Saturn SC2 1994 with 60 000kms on her and has had no major repairs just general maintenance. She just got a lemon. Very surprised though that it is a Corolla. They are very well built cars. Feel sorry for her. Have her call Toyota Canada and complain about her car. Even better, tell her to call "J.E" (Quebec version of a consumer protection tv show) on TVA, maybe they can help her. Bonne chance!

ya that sounds very very weak! my cougar was stored and not driven for 6 mos, and i'd only had it for like 4 mos before that. just take it for a drive occassionally to keep it running. can understand if the battery dies, but all that other crap is just... CRAP!
