EURO 2004 any soccer fans here?

The Euro 2004 Cup starts in a few days. As you can see by my avatar I will be cheering "gli Azzurri" all the way to the finals. Just wondering if there are any soccer fans here and who do you think will win the Euro?I will be in New Orleans for the first week of the tourney but I plan on catching the games for sure.Forza Azzurri! Campione d'Europa!

yeah, I'm a big soccer fan/player. I even passed up my tickets to the metallica concert a long time ago to go to one of the world cup games while it was in the States.I heard that a few of the european teams will be playing some games here in the U.S. this year. A friend of mine is buying tickets to one of the games to be played in Chicago.

Germany eh lol I can't wait for the start only a couple of days away....gonna cheer my Azzurri (Italy)First real good game of the tourney should be France vs England but I bet Portugal vs Greece (opener) should be fun too.

Not at the last Euros where it was France defeating Italy in the finals (that sucked!) The Germans played the World Cup Finals versus Brazil and were defeated....
