Any mods, What oil? The headlight thing is a bummer and no squeeks for me except the clutch pedal when it's real cold out.

fog in the lamps comes from moisture... you might need to get the headlamp assembly resealed.

I think mine do the same thing. I was never really given a clear answer what caused this but it doesn't appear to be on the outside (not abraisive or cleanable). I'll see what I can find out.

As your brakes wear down, the pedal travels farther because it has to displace more fluid to push the brakes harder to stop the car.DON'T add fluid. Only add fluid if, when putting new brakes on, the level is still low.The extra travel is likely due to brake wear. Probably time for new ones.I have the same problem with the headlights. I was once told that various chemicals being used on cars these days, i.e. car wash, protectants, etc., likely cause that spotting. It looks ugly, but I've come to terms with it. *shrug*As to the ticking, I'm not sure what to tell you, I'd have to hear to know what you mean...might not hurt to just get it checked out. Better to pay a little, find out it's nothing, then do nothing, and pay a lot down the line if it ends up being something major.

I'd check the adjustment of the rear brakes. You have drum or disc? Drum brakes lose adjustment over time and can cause the peddle to go to the floor before the vehicle stops. An adjustment will bring that back up.But worn out brakes can cause the same thing but if they are worn out, you should be hearing some brake noise. Just from my experience as a service consultant.

Do you take your car through automatic car washes? I heard somewhere (was it here) that the chemicals that are used in the automatic carwashes can cause the clear plastic lens on the headlights to haze up.

Run a bottle or two of Chevron Techron Fuel cleaner in the car, it will clean valves. This trick works well with LS1 Chevy V8's and may work for you.

If the noise never happened before you changed the exhaust, then I would suspect the exhaust.

Mine has 20,800 miles and is the the rattle/squeak monster. I have had some wierd chattering noise at high RPMs and in in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear that goes away when I push in the clutch pedal. The GT is the worst car I have ever driven in the snow. I am seriuoly considering trading it in for a AWD vibe.

Get yourself a decent set of SNOW tires (not all season) and you're car will handle like a totally different beast...

I am seriuoly considering trading it in for a AWD vibe. It's a high performance car, I know I didn't buy it expecting it to be perfect on snow. It also depends on if you have the 17" wheel package. Those are DEFINITELY not made for snow. Also, if you're having clutch issues now, better get it checked.
