I found something that can be very interesting.

That's kickass....But unfortuantely, would be illegal in NJ...it covers the bottom half of the license plate that says "Garden State" which is grounds for being ticket for "unclear plates"

It might be illegal in a lot of states, just because it could be considered a "flashing light".. But..it looks perfect! I'd program it exactly as Cohocarl said..
