well, the rain has been coming down steadily and heavily here for about a week. yesterday, i left my mommas house to go to the bar (amidst a tornado warning) and the roads were flooded literally everywhere. i went through several spots of at least 5" or more. one spot was more than halfway up my wheels and i was very paranoid. then, to make it worse, a lexus SUV comes barrelling through, causing gigantic waves. the waves were so bad, my vibe actually lifted up w/the wave, like a buoy (sp?) scary crap man! but, the vibe is fine, and i don't even have a splash plate. i loved seeing all the cavis and civics and whatnot stopped on the side fo the road w/flashers on broke down!

You got the stock airbox? I'm sure the CAI would've had a fit with that!Cool stuff though, glad those "better than thou" Hondas were put in their place!

nah, i have CAI! that is why i was amazed! the big one was just barely below my door, i had my window down so i could keep an eye on the level. i saw one car stop dead and the owners got out and water poured into the car!
