Has anyone installed a bypass valve in their CAI? Just curious. I read on Ijen's site that installing one on their CAI is possible, but voids the warrenty. Not so with AEM's, and they make one for their CAI's. Just curious. I'm moving to a wet climate....

You should never need one. The only reason you should need one is if you will be driving through floods that are over 12 inches high. And the exhaust would have to be blocked for the water to reach the filter. And the exhaust being blocked would be more dangerous IMHO than the filter being blocked. If the splash guard is in place, there is NO reason you should need a bypass!
