Difference in Magnaflow Ctaback for Base vs GT

I just ordered the Magnoflow Catback from Performance Peddler and then I realized that there's a seperate part number for the base and for the GT.I'm eventually going to get the SC fo the Vibe. Am I going to have a problem running the base Catback exhaust with SC?Thanks,Alex
