Well Carrie and I will have to discuss if you can see them or not. But I am just glad to be getting out of Fort Mac for a bit.....time to get out. And this will be my first meet that I have been too! Man....I gotta travel a long way to go for my first meet!! That is ok....I am sure that it will be well worth the travel.

ha ha ha! you gotta travel far for your first meet! i gotta fly from Alaska to Detroit for mine in June! we're hard up for car meets here. and only a few members who participate on gvc unfortunately. oh well. actually i'm going to the alaska custom car/truck show tomorrow but it's pretty small. nothing like that show you guys will go to next month. looks awesome!

Like I said......I am sure that it will definetely be worth the travel.

How long ago did you live in Fort McMurray?? I have been here for 13 years now.....way too long. I am definetely going to enjoy coming down to the meet in May. VC is getting her car on Monday I believe.....not sure on that though. That is if the dealership gets it in by then. So what is the new mod for your car?? I saw pics of yours....I believe that you have an Injen CAI right?? What else have you got done??

Yeah, if it's on time - the car will be in tomorrow....then have to wait to get the windows tinted and then swap the single disc stereo in the new car for the 6 disc outta my current car. Woo hoo!! new car!!!

Seeing as how I'm already going on a week vacation out of canada in May, then to the MI meet in June and other meets as the summer continues, I don't have the money to go to the Alberta Meet. Would love to but can't.Unless you wanna help out and donate to the HPGTA foundation.Help Phil Get To Alberta

Yup........I work out at Albian Sands as a Process Operator.

I hate to ask, but it's a small world. My best buddy works at Albian for their Fire-Rescue team. Do you know Vern E.?

Name sounds VERY familiar!!!!!!!! I am bad with names to faces.....but I am sure that if I see him I will recognize him.

EVERYBODY knows Vern! He's a good guy. I'm not sure if he's Fire Chief at Albian, but he's near the top for your fire department and training.

Oh OK! Now I remember!! Yeah he is cool. I believe that he is a Team Lead out here.
