I'm curious to know what the stock exhaust manifold for the 1ZZ looks like.I was in shock to find what looked like a aftermarket header installed on the 2ZZ. I came to find out it's the stock unit that is installed on all the 2ZZ-GE engines. It looks just like a aftermarket high performance header. Toyota did a great job with this. A few members of other forums I have spoken to who have replaced the stock manifold with a aftermarket header are putting the stock unit back on because it performs better with than the header does!So my question is what's the stock exhaust manifold look like on the 1ZZ? Anyone have any pics?

I would like to see a pic of the 2ZZ manifold also...

Here is a full engine pic of the 1ZZ-FE Full engine pic of the 2ZZ-GE This is a TRD header for the 2ZZ-GE but the stock exhaust manifold looks just like this. I would think just boring out the stock exhaust manifold could give you close to what a TRD header would give you performance wise. They look the same.

So would the 2zz headers fit the 1zz?
