I'm coming home to the 'field (Southfield) for the weekend and I am looking for a shop to get some wheels for my Vibe, plus maybe some bolt on mods.I am really intrested in "Sport Edition Fox 2 Sport's" or "Kosei K1 Racing" 17x7's.Any advice?

Don't count on anybody having anything in stock. Most shops don't stock anything but Honda, everytime I've asked about parts they always have to be ordered. It usually takes 3-5 days for them to get it from a distributor but they have a guaranteed sale. Most shops don't carry much inventory because they never know what they can sell. Heck, I stopped at a muffler shop because they have a shiny Magnaflow in the window and they don't stock universal sport mufflers, they order them. (removed)?!Discount Tire can get just about any wheel you want, they have contacts for almost every brand. I got some Team Dynamic rims for my old car from them (Team Dynamic is a British wheel manufacturer), so like I said, they can get just about anything. Of course, they only stock Enkei and maybe 1 or 2 other brands. Other then that, they have to order them.If you want to try some places, here are a few:

I know you said you aren't endorsing any of those links, but have you had any experience with Unleaded Racing? They are very close to where I live and i'm still looking for info on local shops (Downriver).

I've dealt with Monkywrench and I've had no problems with them. The guys are friendly and they seem to specialize in toyota motors. I don't think they sell wheels though.

Hey man,I got some ideas for ya. Most of the time when you go to the shops they won't have anything in stock as some people have already said. So, if you want to order something, you might as well go online and order it. Some good/decent sites arehttp://
www.ptuning.comFor wheels,tryhttp://
www.tirerack.comhtttp://www.tires.comor http://www.belletire.comI believe these sights may help. So okay parts you can find are on
http://www.procarparts.comAnd some of the TRD parts are interchangeable on the vibe, here's a site where they got some pretty nice dealshttp://
www.trdsource.comHope these sites help.Inder Singh

Of course, when I lived in that area (Wyandotte, then Grosse Ile) they weren't around. I just found them through a web search.
