Laker's Big WinI'm a HUGE Laker fan, and I must say, Kobe was the MAN last night...TWO three-pointers w/ no time left on the clock? 1st one was INSANE to send it to overtime, 2nd was almost as nutty to win it in double OT.Sorry Sac fans, but the Pacific Division, and 2nd seed in the Western conference, are OURS We needed to win our last two games and also needed Sac to lose their last two. Thanks for obliging. PS Kobe was fouled on BOTH shots and of course, the refs swallowed their whistles. The refs are always looking for ways to help the Lakers LOSE. Damn them.

Mavs are cool...except for that little !@#$% Anoine Walker...WHAT were they thinking by picking up both him AND Antawn Jamison??!? Jamison's not nearly as greedy, slightly younger, more athletic, and a better team player, rebounder (if he had more minutes)....I can go on and on...very dumb move by Cuban.I still like Nash, Nowitzki, and ALWAYS liked Michael Finley since his days at Wisconsin. Awesome player, good man Dump 'toine! I'll surely be pulling for them against the Queens...what an awesome series that should be!

Jamison has been cleaning up all of Finley's shots lately i mean like finley was getting to the point that it was sad and both walker and jamison were cleaning up his stuff. and i agree that jamison needs more game time!

But 'toine just needs the pine. I'd put Najera in before him, 3's or not. I like Najera BTW, no slight on him at all. He's a hustlemaniac.

I hate the Lakers, and NBA in general. But if I had to see anybody in the finals from the West it would have to be the Kings. Sorry man, but the Lakers are the Yankees of basketball. And I HATE the Yankees!!

And I HATE the Yankees!!Based on the following roster salary list found on THIS site, New York's own Knicks are a closer fit to your Yankee analogy. Maybe it's just a NY problem :Team Payrolls Team Payroll 1. New York Knicks $89,444,816 2. Portland Trailblazers $82,905,616 3. Dallas Mavericks $78,286,720 4. Minnesota Timberwolves $70,589,120 5. Sacramento Kings $67,991,504 6. Phoenix Suns $66,550,452 7. Atlanta Hawks $64,372,340 8. Los Angeles Lakers $63,360,448 9. New Jersey Nets $63,273,12010. Toronto Raptors $63,033,24811. Philadelphia 76ers $60,411,08412. Boston Celtics $60,185,91613. Indiana Pacers $57,774,92014. Memphis Grizzlies $57,378,32015. Houston Rockets $55,401,43216. Chicago Bulls $54,983,48017. Detroit Pistons $53,317,83218. Milwaukee Bucks $53,167,32819. Golden State Warriors $52,934,40820. Seattle Sonics $52,347,48021. Orlando Magic $50,209,70422. New Orleans Hornets $49,037,56423. Miami Heat $46,764,00824. Cleveland Cavaliers $46,183,42425. San Antonio Spurs $46,082,75226. Washington Wizards $45,114,08427. Denver Nuggets $39,336,14828. Los Angeles Clippers $38,351,72429. Utah Jazz $34,747,676FYI, Laker's owner Jerry Buss is one of the biggest cheapskates in the game. Considering the fact that the Laker's employ the two most dominant players in the HISTORY of the game (Shaq & Kobe), along with two other future hall of famers (Malone & Payton), being 8th on this list isn't too bad
