It's almost time for 'shroom huntin'. anyone getting excited? Here's two great sites.

we find morels all the time in this old apple orchard on some of the stumps, man they are tasty in a white wine sauce over pasta.

I love to saute' them in olive oil and garlic. awe man I cannot wait.
