Now It's Official, I've Got a Girl. The wife watched some red neck tv show last week and the Vibe has been named "Ronda" I knew a Ronda, Glad my wife never met her

I don't really refer to her by any specific name. When I talk to her I just address her as thought she were female.

Been calling mine "Radiation Vibe" after the song by the group "Fountains of Wayne". They mention Pittsburgh in the song and I drive a Vibe, so I couldn't resist. Plus I like the song.

I call mine Ruth Ann, or Ruthie after the girl I had my first big crush on back in highschool... well I didn't get that girl but I did get the Vibe I was drooling over heh.

my soon to be gf named mine Ginger for some unknown reason. She has a new green turbo bug and named it Kiwi . anyone know if the "Turbo" bugs are actually turbo charged, or just have a VVTL-I type engine in them? sorry to go off-topic

Mine is named Slimer, after the green ghost in Ghostbusters. (It's Envy green, what else could I call it?). It's also good because Slimer ate everything, and Vibes have mad cargo room.... I think Slimer's a she in this incarnation, tho. Also in the running: The Blob, Blobster, The Bomb, Nuker, etc. My last car was a Jeep Cherokee that I named Lulu after the Hawaiian hula girl I put on the dash.

The explanation for my car's name 'Ellie' is actually kinda corny, but i came out with a name i liked.I had to get a second job and save money for a year just for the down payment and while i was saving i was always reffering to the car as my Eleanor (from Gone In 60 Seconds) because it was becoming so hard to obtain this car. I was going to name the car Eleanor but i thought shortening it to Ellie sounded better.

We call her 'V' but sometimes I slip and call her Roxy which was the name of my old CRX. Speaking of VWs I named my GF's old Jetta Wolfie after the Wolfsburg Editions and cuz it sounds german...

Our kids have always named our vehicles, they named the Vibe, "Bunny Squisher". I commute across the desert and there are many suicidal cottontails along the way. The more you try to avoid em the more you hit. The vultures appreciate the Vibe, even if buggs bunny doesn't.

Winky.I blame my mother for this name, she started calling my vibe Winky because it "winks" it's lights at you when you lock/unlock the doors using the remote.I tried to change the name since Winky is the name of a house-elf in the Harry Potter books, unfortunately the name stuck.
