Does anyone else have a motorcycle? I have a plain old Yamaha SecaII (1992) It is my first bike and it fit into my budget. If anyone else has a bike post a pic and let us see it, I'll post mine when it warms up and I get my bike out of storage.

I don't have one yet, but am looking into getting one once the weather warms up. My dad has been bugging me for months to get one, so he has a riding partner lol. Here's what he rides (this color too): And I'm planning on picking up one of these used:

See I was looking at a cruiser bike but I am still too young for one, so I got a pseudo crotch-rocket. This is what mine looks like but it's dark green.

Hmm..I'm going to be 31 next month...but to be honest, I really don't care if I'm too young/old for something. If I like it, I like it.I definitely prefer cruisers over rockets, partly because I'm 6'3" and rockets aren't very comfortable, and mainly because I've had two friends killed on crotch-rockets.Plus, that bike I'm looking at is just cool It's a Honda Valkyrie Intersate, btw. Haven't made them in a few years now.

I sold my Honda 900RR last year. Had it for 2 years and only put 2800 miles on it. Very fast and fun bike but could not pay for something that I barely used.

Oh, don't get me wrong, it's all preference. I do have to admit that the new Honda Shadow Spirit is a beautiful bike. Maybe my next bike will be a cruiser.

I haven't seen a Shadow I haven't liked yet lol. The Sabre 1100 has to be my favorite right now though. Especially with the factory flames

My last bike was one like this: Same color too.I bought it new, put 14,000 miles on it in 9 mos. (yes 14,000). Went to Florida twice, all over north Georgia mountains, North and South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi and of course my home state of Tennessee. Then my money ran out, got a new job, and my son got here. The bike sat, and sat, and sat. It was so sad .Last trip I took was to Fredricksburg, Texas for the BMWMOA National Rally, then sold it not long afterwards.Man, I miss riding. My dad still rides allot , he has a R1150GS Adventure with all the gadgets (GPS, XM, RD, etc). He went to Europe for 10 days to ride around last September and is going again this June. I'm green with Envy.Oh well, TTFN

I've got a '99 Suzuki TL1000R that I'm going to sell. It's a nice bike but injuries have kept me off the thing and it's painful to pay for something that just sits there. If anyone's interested PM me

i got rid on my ninja 500 and now have a ninja 250 which is okay....the thing about having bikes in this part of the continent is that with only two seasons your riding times are fairly short with the maximum of 3 months of comfortable riding and its hard to justify spending big $$$$ for something that your not going to ride much. The 250 was cheap to buy, cheap to keep (unless you bust the fairings...$500 to replace BTDT) and light and a little over 300lbs wet. insurance is cheap too...about $60 a month to ride it. its red too!

I am too big for a 250 I would look like a Shriner. 60 a month is expensive!!!! I pay 12 a month for a 600cc. I don't even pay 60/month on the Vibe.

I've got a 1982 Suzuki PE250 2-stroke enduro. It may be old but being a 2-stroke it's still fast enough to scare the #$*& out of myself on the trails. I bought it new in 1983 for $1650.00Can. Wish I could get a new one for that price!

I've been riding my 1981 Yamaha XJ650 Maxim for about 12 years now - old, but solid, reliable, and quicker than ya think :->Been lusting after quite a few bikes for years now, but the insurance debacle here in Ontario has pretty much held me out of buying anything newer and/or larger cc's.

Great thread, I just have to join in here. I love motorcycles and it's almost bike season here in NY. It's been a long, cold winter here and I just can't wait to get in the wind this year. Here are a few pics of my ride, a 2000 HD Softail Deuce.

I HATE THONGS. I know I can't be the only guy who has this opinion. Something about a thong says "total **** trash" to me. How can anyone find anything sexy about a thong. It is a piece of string that is jammed up the girls (removed), how is that hot???? I understand if a woman is wearing a dress and doesn't want a panty line, that's one thing, but the girls who wear their thong hiked up to their shoulder blades to show it off need to realize that that is foul. I am more of a fan of leaving something to the imagination, I don't want to see your entire (removed) except for a little strip where the business is. That is not attractive to me. I may be wrong, this is my personal opinion, but the whole thong thing has to go, you want to turn a man on, wear low rise jeans with low rise underwear, I don't want to see your gutch hanging out. I will not get off of my soapbox, thank you for your attention.

.Quote, originally posted by Vib'in Girl »A girl on a motorcycle that's always sexy!!!You're right, any women on a cycle is a instant turn on, for me atleast. I just bought my 1st brand new bike, a 2004 Yamaha FZ6 and have about 75 miles on her so far. In fact its very simular to yours Vib'in Girl, but mine is silver. Its a so-called sport standard, same motor as the R6 but with an up-right riding position. Great for my old back. Its funny because I love the cruisers, all my friends ride them. But for myself I like more performance. Our riding group consists of 2 Honda shadows, 1 Yamaha V-star, 1 HD, 1 Suzuki maurader, and myself.I just sold my Honda Nighthawk 650, great bike and I will miss her. If anyones interested in a good starter bike take a look at the Nighthawk. Extremely reliable, very little maintanence, and a nice little kick in the pants around 7k RPMs. I just love riding, if anyone here in SE Michigan wants to go for a ride just let me know. I know many nice and twisty roads, and a ride through Hell (Michigan) is always a great time. I will post some pics of my new ride when I get a chance
