My first 3 months with a new '04 Base Vibe (Salsa 2-tone; manual)

i just passed the 3 months mark with my new vibe and love it as much (or more) as when i test-drove it. The only thing i couldn't get at purchase time was the power group (the dealer only had one 'stick' and it was a base with nothing added).yesterday, i gave myself a '2 months early' B-day present: had powerlocks/remote entry installed on all 5 doors (525$US... worth every penny to me ). No more running around the car unlocking 4 doors to let my son and i in...In 3 months, i've only had one problem with the car: it shipped with the rear hatch misaligned, causing the hatch to jerk to the left (with a noise) when opening it. My dealer replaced the hydraulics and hinge and realigned the hatch under warranty. It works like a charm now (and latches more easily). The tires (I got the GY Eagle RS-A) are adequate but i'll look for more traction on my next set. I saw last week that GoodYear has a new tire that will fit the Vibe: Assurance ComforTred. They rate traction better than on the RS-A. Has anyone had any exposure to these yet?For the radio (which sounds flat and dull with the default settings...) i use the EQ, promoting the mid's 3 units and treb 2 units. The sound is adequate now, especially for what i use it for (mainly NPR on the way to/from work). It's ok also for CD's (note: i'm not fond of big bass). All in all, i'd buy the Vibe again in a heartbeat, preferably with the powergroup and moon'n'tunes if available.I'm waiting for the last snow to drift by and then i'll be giving it some TLC... with Zaino. I'll post a pic when it's all shined upenjoy your vibe!
