Poll: Mud flaps or no?

I'm considering removing my mudflaps because they grind every speedbump I go over, but I was wondering what people thought: Would it look better with or without mudflaps?

I said it would look better without, but in my opinion (I have mudflaps on mine) I take function over looks in this case. The mudflaps have saved me from alot of junk hitting the lower sides of the body.If you lower your vehicle and have problems with scraping of the flaps, you do have the option to trim the bottom a little. I know a few members here have done so.

I removed mine after I dropped my Vibe. The were scratching on every little bump.Anyways, if you lower the car, there's less debrit going on the side of the car. They are projected either under the car or in the fender.

if your at stock ride height then the make the car look good. but if your lowered then they are too low

I just cut the fronts about 1" and haven't had any more scraping incidents.

You can barely tell they are there, in the pics anyway. Its a good idea to have them as i didn't and am now getting the cladding replaced because it is dinged up. (free under warranty though...)

you know, i'd love to see a fusion vibe w/ the sport package.. lowered with tint and some sweet 18's! now that would be hella sweet! of course, i don't have a fusion, the sport package, or spiffy 18's... oh well..
