Neon Washer Lights

Has anyone installed those neon washer lights on your ride? I've looked under hood and found hood brace covers the jets. While old jets are easy enough to take off, the neon jets are next to imposable to install unless I take hood off and I'm not prepared to go that far.....yet

I ran into the same problem when I attempted to install mine. I tried everything I could think of, but ended up losing all the washers and nuts down inside that brace. A co-worker of mine suggested that I should have just drilled 2 holes in the brace just big enough to allow a socket with an extension to fit through. Now why didn't I think of that?

I think they are ilegal in CA I know when I was stationed in Oklahoma they were ilegal unless you were parked. All these ilegal lighting sucks!

Yeah, d*mn light laws. I've already had a few arguments about neons n this site lol.
