I don't get it? All I saw was tennis ball going on to the street? What kind of car were they in and was behind them?

The video showed the view out of the back window of a car with a read wiper. Trapped between the window and the wiper was a tennis ball. As a "ricer" car pulled up behind him, he turned on his wiper and the tennis ball was released, bouncing on the road until it hit (at least I think it hit) the "ricer" car. The "ricer" backed away.It was pretty funny.
