Clutch Noises??? see dealer?

For a few months now my base vibe has had a clutch noise that i can hear a slow speeds as i use the clutch. the best example would be pulling out of my garage or in to it after waiting for the door to open. that kind of slow speed and gentle forward or backward motion. as i gently let the clutch pedal out and the car begins to move it makes a whining sound.....i can reproduce it by putting the parking brake on and letting the clutch slip a little w/o using any gas....it will just sit there and whine....or course im sure i wouldnt want to do that for long....but its good that it is easily replicated.....any ideas????
