When will the new Front Mud Flaps become available for 2004 (2-tone) models?

Does anyone know when the new front flaps will become available for the 2004 models? (with new lower runners)?gmpartsdirect only lists the rear flaps (unchanged for 2004's). Their customer service tells me that GM hasn't released the reshaped front flaps yet.i have a 2 tone salsa (love it!) thanks a bunchsylvain
