I just got my vibe with regular 16 inch rims. I am going to upgrade but am looking for ideas on styles that look good on Vibes. Can anyone help me?

if you got to tirerack.com or tires.com , i think....you can try different wheel on the vibe so you can see different styles on our car, and differen sizes...wheel max .com has some good prices...wheels next.com and victoriatire.com have a lot of pictures too with wheel and tire packages...I just bought some centerline forged 17" excells for 200.00 each, wheel only, but these are extremely light for performance , only 13#'s each,they have black excels left, and black or silver RPMS left, which are 6 spoke, as opposed to 10 like mine...anyway these are at jegs.com...they have alot of other wheels there too , free shipping and no sales tax.. ..my wheels are in my avatar right now...but,I have seen seen 17" wheel and tire packages as low as 500.00 per set of 4 at some of the above sights... you need to look for 5x 100mm and an offset that is + or - 7mm of our stock 35mm...so I have been told...my new ones are 40mm...

Are your rims chrome or that what you mean by silver? I am just after nice rims with a clear look you can see your reflection in.

I am just after nice rims with a clear look you can see your reflection in.on your wheelif you look at the lip...which is the outside part after where the spokes end...you can see that it is more shiney than the rest of the wheel.It is shiney like chrome, but instead it is unpainted polished metal...the rest of the wheel is painted silver with a high gloss finish....my wheels are painted silver with a highgloss finish, but my centercaps are polished metal...can you see the difference?

Ah yes I see what you mean. Well I'm looking for that shiney finish on the whole rim, not just the centre or the lip.Something like this.

hey, those look really good on your abyss, at work. i, unlike you, do like the chrome, but not too gaudy and ugly. i like those wheels raging was showing but perhaps in chrome.... or polished.

I might sell these....500 miles on the rims and tires....and i can sell them seperately.

Well this weekend I will be putting on rims, thanks to Atwork's advice I ended up buying ones I thought were simular to hers but ended up being exactly the same lol. My tire size is different though... a narrower tire. Pics will be up after this weekend. I'm out of the market now for rims and have turned my attention to engine mods now.

Ooh! Ooh! Ooh! The word "Engine" reminded me of something! I can get a flat-6 or a Lexus 4 cylinder putting out 300-350 hp and get it installed for $1300. Just thought I'd share.

Nah, a friend of mine told me he could fit either a Lexus 4 cylinder, or a Lexus flat 6 engine in my car to replace to 130 horse VVT-i engine. This friend happens to be full of it a lot of the time, so we'll see
