GenVibe - Community for Pontiac Vibe Enthusiasts

I just got an iPod for XMas and love it, and was reading some threads here on genvibe.com regarding the mounting of an iPod. I too have a Vibe but my question is not about mounting, its about audio. I bought an FM transmitter from radio shack (no name product) that took one AA battery. It fails to give me good reception if my hand is not always holding it and not at the right angle, and that angle seems to change from minute to minute. I was starting to look for alternatives, but can't find a kit to tap into the AUX port of the standard vibe sterio system, are the other FM transmitters better? do you know of another solution?Thanks in advance,Kier

It is unlikely that you can find a kit that will tap into the stock head unit for use with the AUX button. check out http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=910 for more details on AUX. i haven't tried using an FM transmitter in the Vibe, but others have and can give better feedback on them.welcome to genvibe, what kind/options/color/etc is your Vibe?
