So, I've got a question or two before I pony up the money for a sweet little Vibe GT.The moonroof opens fully and slides between the roof and the headliner, correct?Wheels larger than 16" are not recommended with the moonroof because the stress may crack the glass? Or is that totally wrong and 17"+ is OK to install? Is there a page that has a large picture of a vibe in each color?I'm still torn over which color to get. Maybe some of you could also comment on the colors. ...and please don't just say LAVA'S THE BEST, please also say why. It'll help out a lot.I'd like to hear opinions on monochrome vs. grey cladding for each color please.I know I'm asking a lot, but hey this is my very first car purchase and I don't want to regret a single bit of it.Thanks a ton!

The moonroof opens fully and slides between the roof and the headliner, correct?-Yes. It does stop at mid point before it opens the rest of the way. It also tilts up and has a shade cover.Wheels larger than 16" are not recommended with the moonroof because the stress may crack the glass? Or is that totally wrong and 17"+ is OK to install?-Ask GM and get a written response before you buy the car, on whether this would void your warranty or pose a safety issue. Is there a page that has a large picture of a vibe in each color?-Try
http://www.pontiac.com/pontiacjsp/vibe/ ... ource=lnav I'm still torn over which color to get. Maybe some of you could also comment on the colors. ...and please don't just say LAVA'S THE BEST, please also say why. It'll help out a lot.-Lava is the best Vibe color, because it's Red! Salsa is murky on cloudy days and shows scratches too easily. Silver / Grey is popular for all new cars, not just the Vibe.I'd like to hear opinions on monochrome vs. grey cladding for each color please.-The dull gray cladding makes the Vibe look SUV-ish. If you like that look, get it. Otherwise mono looks more expensive and sporty..-And, since this is your first car..-Make sure you drive your Vibe thorughly BEFORE you finalize the sale, to make sure everything works to your satisfaction.-Read the posts in the Warranty forum to see if any GT owner issues are of importance to you to know about.-Consider that all Vibes/Matrixes are still in their first year of production, and that some problems may not have resolutions.

Looks like I'm going for Abyss Monotone. And lucky me, there's one in the area so I don't have to order it! But I suppose that since I wanted the GT, I'll have to learn stick before I even testdrive the beast. I just hope it's still on the lot when I'm ready to buy! I'm sure it'll be fun!
