pontiac emblem

I am really excited that I have ordered a Vibe, but I cringe everytime I see the pontiac emblem on the sunfire. Uuuugh! Does anyone feel the same? Has anyone taken them off or put overlays on and have pics to show?

I don't have them yet, but I'm going with reflective overlays from GrafxWerks.

I just ordered my overlays. All badges including center caps. Did not get the inlays for the rear though. All in grafxwerks new color, reflective purple.

I used a reflective rainbow flag sticker cut to fit over both the front & back emblems. (...and yes, I am. )

Rainbow flag...hmmm good idea. Did you cover the silver bit in the center? ...me too!

I covered it on the back (it's smaller and harder to cut out), but cut the silver part out on the front- it looks pretty good I must say- I've had a couple of people say they thought it came like that!

Sorry, not to sure what your response is to. Did I somehow insinuate that the Vibe is for a particular group of people?

Ahhhhh, lesbians.........er...I mean....yeah. Lays are cool...I mean overlays are cool. I'm making myself a jumbo set of overlays to compensate for the lack there-of.

I honestly don't know why you would take them off. I personally think (at least in Salsa Red) that it suits the car and I am proud to show off the car that I purchased. Damn it, we paid for everything that is on it regardless how good of a deal we got.

I 'm going to get overlays also, but I have not seen an overlay for the ALL Wheel Drive lettering on the rear of my vibe.....so I'm holding off buying them untill I can get the *full* set.
