I was lookin for some Sparco Fighters on ebay and I came across these...TRD racing seats. 4 pnt harness compatable also I think they would look great. And are only $400 a pair instead of $1200 a pair for the Sparcos....it says it fits Matrix so it must fit the Vibe as well.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...21350

Nope, I'm broke after Christmas shopping. From the looks of it, there are alot of those seats... I found atleast 40. So chances are they will be there for a while, and I'll probably get them by spring or summer.

Just so you know, those are not TRD seats. They look pretty nice, but they are definitely fake. TRD seats go for about $800 each. Here is a link to see the genuine TRD seats:http://www.toyota-trd.com/en/strt/sposeat.htmlHope that helps. I'd hate to see you get ripped-off. Damon

i dont see the need for race seats in a car w/130 horses. you can get the race seat look w/seat covers for a lot cheaper!

Bump: I was interested in the racing seats because when I take a turn I feel like I'm sliding around. Anyone check out the cheap seats on E-bay? I'm sure the Matrix sseasts would fit on the vibes right? Bueller?

Yea after sittingin the autocross at the meet I like hte feel of racing seats. As far as stock seats being adequete(sp?) Everything on the car is adequete it's just a matter of waht your personal opinions are. I think racing seats look awsome. The perfect accent for the interrior. They give the car a more agressive look, even if it isn't very fast. I'm saving for the ebay seats right now. I have about $100 so far...WOOO only $250 more!!! lol, I've got a loooong way to go but I think it'll be worth it.

i sat in those seats in the autocross and HATED them! would never ever get racing seats. but i also believe that if you get racing seats, you should have an engine to back up the need for it. otherwise it's just rice. but that's my opinion... if you like them, that's what really counts. heck, i got plenty of rice on mine. LOL

lol. I'm getting springs first. I wont be able to get hte exhaust with the job I have. The $80 difference between springs and exhaust is too much (removed). I'll figure something out. I'll let you all know whenthe time comes.

I've got a hip problem and keep finding the fact that I'm sliding around in the std. seat. If I had more bolsters it would be great.

Yeah me too. I just got my (fake)TRD shoulder pads. They are really comfortable, the seat belt doesn't cut off my neck anymore. I'll send pics next time I go to my dad's.

Cool. I'm not sure the shoulder pads would keep my fat (removed) in the seat :D

(removed), they don't keep me in the seat but they help prevent the seat belt from burrowing into your skin lol.

Racing seats are a lot of fun but you have to get good ones to have a comfortable ride on those long hauls... For those good soft on the (removed) and reclinable seats... lots of $$$ Sparco has good ones.If I ever have the money and can find exactly what I am looking for, I'll maybe get some.
