I was wondering what the RMS rating is on the stock amp...Everyone hears the 200 w peak and it sounds impressive but just wanted to get an RMS on the little guy.

If its 200w peak (which most aftermarket headunits are, btw), it's probably like 25wx4 RMS..But I don't know for sure..being an external amp, it's probably a little higher..

My aftermarket HU is rated 4x50W peak or 22W RMS. so we can apply the same on the M&T

M&T amp is 25w x 4 @ 2 ohms, so like 12.5w @ 4 ohms i.e. very little.

I thought that it put out only 2 ohms. I just couldn't remember. That is why if you replace the speakers, you pretty much have to put in better efficency ones to even sound better.
