Tire sizing help? (already did a search)

Ok. this might seem strange but I would like to upgrade to an 18" tire w/ my GT. I know it's risky but it would look so awesome. I've found the wheels that I want but I don't understand their options. What does this mean? One-piece cast aluminum wheel, Silver paint finish, available lug patterns 4x100mm , 4x108mm , 4x114.3mm , 5x100mm , 5x114.3mm with +40mm offset (5.58" backside)I'm confused with the lugnut patterns and can't find anywhere which one is better for me. (The website doesn't say if I can get it) damn cheap websites

I believe the lugnut pattern on the Vibe is 5x100.If you go to either tires.com or tirerack.com, they both give you the option to input your vehicle year/make/model, and it tells you what size wheels/tires will fit it.

yes. that is correct. 5x100mm

sweet thanks. I tried the tirerack thingy but it just had wheel size. I love those panther wheels (and they're pretty cheap) I need a job(sigh)
