With the lowering spring, the suspesion is harder. The car roll less while cornering. But it could have difference between the differand bran of spring.

quote:have you noticed an increase in the pogo effect of is the vibe steady ans smooth? No matter what springs you use, there is always going to be a forfeit of ride quality on harsher surfaces. It is one of the reasons upgrading your shocks is a good idea when you lower your car. Others I've heard on genvibe say there is a slight bouncing on harsh road, and the stock shocks can only do so much with less travel due to the shorter springs.

The wheel hop seems to be a little more present since I installed my spring. I don't know if it is only because my driving style has changed or it is related...

I've never considered the Vibe steady and smooth. It's always been a bit firm. When I added the TRD springs, I noticed a bit firmer ride, but the MAJOR benefit is the MUCH better high-speed stability. Darn car cruises at 90-100mph and feels rock solid.
