Ok, I see a few guys on here ordered the sport trailer hitch from etrailer.com. So, I finally ordered it and got it in like 3 days. Fast! So, I go out put it on in like 15 minutes and I'm like "This was easy!". I fire the Vibe up and drive away. Within seconds, it sounds like the Army is shooting numerous machine guns at me. Yes, it's my exhaust hitting the hitch. Now, I know I dont have the factory exhaust, but the Thermal I have is exactly like factory, or it's suppose to be. Chalk another one up to my luck in life. Now I have to figure out how to get the pipe away from the hitch, or take the hitch off and write up $90 as wasted. Anyone else have this trouble??

The exit pipe, right before it bends outwards to the tip.I tried to bend the hanger on the exhaust so it pulls it away from the hitch, but it didnt work well. It only touches by a hair.

No, I mean the hanger thats right there, the metal piece that you slide into the rubber hanger.

Well, I kind of fixed it. LoL I got a small piece of cork thats sticky on the back and attached it to the hitch where the pipe hits. Got rid of the noise, now hopefully it doesnt burn off. The pipe after the muffler usually dont get hot enough, so it should be cool.
