I LOVE JUNK food.. especially cheeseburgers and fries. I can recall times where I would have cheeseburgers for breakfast lunch and dinners for weeks at a time.I Need some serious help.. How can something sooooo Good and tastey and delicious be soo bad.. WHY GOD WHYYYYYYYY?!??!? Why does each bite I take translate into more inches and fat.. I think I am 2 burgers short of needing a BRA.... B!TCH TITTIES... OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO... PRAY FOR ME>.. Everyone.... I am in need of some serious help..

How do you think I feel???I work at Friday's! I'm torn each day between getting one of the best burgers in the country (Friday's burgers are spectacular), or a scrumptious blackened chicken alfredo, or sizzling chicken and cheese, or my all time favorite, chicken fingers! It's so hard to resist!

Geo's failsafe way to enjoy all the foods you love and still keep your 160 lb frame!1: Eat as much as you can, of the foods you love2: Lift weights daily, if only for 10 minutes3: Bike 3+ times a week for at least an hour each time, the longer the better4: Drink lots of water...10: Profit from syndicating idea...It's funny, my girlfriend has told me that she doesn't think she has ever seen anyone eat SO MUCH on such a consistant basis. It's not uncommon for me to eat an early and late dinner in addition to lunch and a small breakfast On a side note, last year when I stopped training for a week or two, I instantly gained 10 lbs (i was 170 roughly, little above at times) for the winter and once I went back on training I was back to ~160. I'm just lucky I have a food addiction in ADDITION to a cycling addiction, they keep me balanced out drunkenvibe: If you are going to use the term "man boobs" at least use it right! The correct term is "moobs." FYI

Yeah you're right Let me tell you on a serious note, I was super addicted to junk food, my weakness is Pizza ( I am Italian u know! ) After I got married I put on sooo much weight it was disgusting...but now in the last 8 months I have lost 90 pounds and feel great...but every once in a while I give in to my weaknesses...and they taste SO DAMN GOOD!!! LOL

i work across the street from hardees. there are two in the city i live in! how about a nice hardees sourdough burger and a few jack in the box tacos?

Congrats on the 90 pounds! A while back, I lost 35 (hardest thing I've ever done)...gained back 25 and have now lost 20 again. Can you say yo-yo.

Congrats on the weight loss! I'm currently working on that. I lost 10 pounds in the first three weeks. My goal is 50.

Last I heard, we were supposedly getting one right next to our brand spankin' new Ruby Tuesday's across from campus...so we'll see. *fingers crossed*

It's okay. It's walking distance....so when you get tired of Quizno's, Chik-Fil-A, and Burger King, it's nice.

I work so much, since i started i've lost 39 pounds, and no matter what i eat it keps falling off of me.
