APC Titan bulb

Post by engine1 »

Changed the front signals to the Titans, I hated seeing the big orange bulb behind a clear lens. These look like chrome when installed, almost invisible. APC part number 504129B Ivisible and glow with the same intensity as normal but they are even more orange!!

I'll have to get an original to show a comparison but the APC lights have that real deep orange, like the Chrysler Caravan and Voyager, not as soft as the OE bulb plus the you can't see the APC bulb when it is not lit, it looks like chrome. I don't like seeing a colored bulb, it looks cheezy, like they were to cheap to just use an amber lens.

Be carefull of APC bulbs. I use to run them in my clear tails, and they need replaced in a month or so. Not due to blowout, but the paint burns off.
