Misfiring and codes . Any insight would be great

So here’s the deal. 2009 Pontiac Vibe awd 2.4l
I have been trying to get this problem solved for a few weeks when I have time , but I’m almost at my wits end
I read my codes recently (I’ve had check engine light on for a while due to my downstream 02 sensor being cut off), so I decided before I went on a trip to check the codes just in case. It read codes p0037 , p0138 , p0607, > I expected these as they’re all 02 related, but it also read p0302 (cylinder 2 misfire). I figured that was maybe an effect of the 02 sensor , so I finally ordered the replacement to fix it after the trip.
I took it on the road trip ~1200km and it drove as it has been(never felt sluggish , idled fine and didn’t misfire , until I got home, and it started misfiring fairly lightly.
Fixed the o2 sensor and all the o2 related codes went away, and I also replaced the fuel injectors (thought it was time, and maybe related to the p0302 code) . After having some issues with the injectors leaking and it still running really rough , I got them to stop leaking but it seemed really low on power so I swapped the fuel pump as well.
Checked the codes again. P0352, p0353 , p0304, p0101 appeared.
Put new coils (yes they are cheap Amazon coils) and new NGK plugs.
Did a compression test , c1~110psi c2~90psi ~c3~110psi c4~110psi
This thing has been burning a lot of oil as expected, sometimes as much as 1l of oil per ~100l of fuel.
Current codes are : p0352 (ignition coil b primary/secondary circuit) , p0304 (cylinder 4 misfire)
It starts, then sometimes will die, but when running it’s rough. Unplugging coil #4 makes no difference in idle
Can a clogged Cat be causing these issues? Or a stuck valve maybe ? ECM issues were a thought as well, especially since the p0101 code appeared and has now disappeared.,
I am not very good at diagnosing electrical issues , and I suspect think my multimeter is not working correctly as I can’t even read a battery with it (my battery is fine)
Any help or next steps would be very awesome.
