2003 Vibe GT 250,000 KM - value?

Hi Vibers, My wife and I are the original owner of 2003 Pontiac Vibe GT. We took great care of it mechanically, always used 94-octane gas (even at $2/litre prices recently, full synthetic oil changes etc.) I was hoping to keep it for 30 years, but my mechanic has said that the under carriage is too rusty and not worth fixing as the rocker panels are fully rusted and unfixable (and I can't weld so new rocker panels are out of budget with the labour involved...also started leaking during heavy rain through corner pillar. The engine and manual transmission are amazing. Car is on still on the road and I'm driving it but want to sell for parts (hopefully someone use the 1.8L 2ZZ-GE engine in another vehicle). I'm wondering how is a fair price to list it for sale? I live in Gatineau QC. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks!
