3rd Vibe. New one w/ intermittent power steering issue

Hello
I have had two 2006 Vibes that surpassed 200k that sadly ended in wrecks.
Just picked up my third 2006 Vibe. This one has only 94k. It is near mint. The only issue is that the power steering takes about 10-20 seconds to activate. And can in occasion. Go out when driving. It always corrects itself but I want to get it fixed. I have scored the internet and can't find many people describing same issue. I've checked battery alternator and rotators tires. I'm thinking it is something with EPS. Anyone have any thoughts?
My Vibes is has been the best card of my life. I can't imagine how much money I have saved over the years by owned a Vibe. Honestly this is the first issue I have ever had with in and I've drives over 300k miles in a vibe.
