No crank & it's not the starter

I have a 2006 base model automatic, and it wouldn't start after filling filling the gas tank. Not even a crank or sound. All dash lights/radio/headlights etc are working fine. Battery is measuring at 12.4v. Electrical to the starter selonoid is 12.4v and was the first thing I replaced. I tried putting it in neutral, & nothing. I'd appreciate all further ideas of what it could be as I'm out of ideas.
