1ZZ coolant in oil

Hello everyone. First time poster long time reader. I have a 2006 base with 530,000+ km and I did an oil change about 2 weeks ago and noticed a milky colour on the oil cap which means theres water or coolant in the oil. When doing my oil change, I cleaned the cap and went on as normal. since the oil change the car has been on two 3 hour drives so the oil got hot enough to evaporate any condensation that would be in the oil as it is winter here in canada. I checked the oil cap today and noticed the colour was back, and there is some visible moisture on the dipstick, but the coolant doesn't bubble when I remove the rad cap and let it idle or rev it, and there isn't any oil on the rad cap either. I'm thinking very slight head gasket leak (the car has never been overheated and the upper rad hose isn't rock hard), but I read somewhere that the water pump can introduce coolant through the timing cover. Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
