A couple of times Mrs B has complained of the steering getting very heavy in corners, her car is the later 2010 with electric motor power assist, any ideas where to start looking, have any others experienced this? I tried to make it happen for me when driving her car, going lock to lock on a quiet road but could not reproduce it.

I just got a vibe that is having a similar issue where yen power steering takes 15 seconds to engage.
