LED Headlight Bulbs

I looked at other posts regarding LED headlamp bulb retrofits on this site- and they are all many years old- so I thought I'd ask the small community still here.
Our 2004 Vibe had clouded headlight lenses, which I sanded down and protected using an off-the-shelf restoration kit. Still- the stock headlights are not very bright- so I was wondering if there's a different bulb aside from the stock H4/9003 bulb that is recommended. I understand that the light housing is a reflector-type, and therefore a particular light-output pattern is required for the reflectors to work as intended, and that LED's put out directional light- which might not work as desired. Anyone happen to know if there is there an LED bulb that does a better job at putting light where it is needed, or perhaps a brighter halogen bulb?
I'm concerned about potentially blinding other drivers, but am aware that the Vibe is much lower than 99.999% of the cars on the road in my area, so even the high beams do not register as a problem (I had my son drive behind me in our 2023 Honda Odyssey and the high beams looked like low beams, LOL). Any suggested options in 2025?
