oil leak dye detector question=-

05 vibe. about 183,000 miles on it . been fighting oil leaks for years. on this vibe . You name the leak and we,ve tried to fix it. Now it,s splashing onto the new alternator... ugh !!! Has anyone tried the oil leak dye detector? If so please state the brand name and where you purchase it. Thanks

spoke to my mobile mechanic today. he remembered when we changed crank sensor o ring we didi not have a new o ring , so he put nice condition existing o ring back in... anyone know the part number . also part number for crank seal . Thanks.

from my maintenance spreadsheet:
vvt solenoid o ring # G1917-32010 (or JIS P14), crank sensor o ring is same part #!
