Power steering leaks

I have another leak on my 2003GT power steering system.

This is at/near the pump. There's a hose that comes down vertically, and connects to a 90 that looks like it's on a plate bolted to the back of the pump. This far it looks like the plate itself, not the hose, may be the leak.

Anyone have experience in this area?
