Has anyone tried one of these $150~ Android touch screen based stereos? I like that it has a customized bezel with it. I don’t want to waste my money if it’s actually junk or only lasts a few months. There’s a variety of them out there. Some with larger screens, smaller screens and even this one with a couple knobs. Let me know. Thanks!

Jezz. For the price I'd say get it and take the gamble. I bought a Sony setup early last spring and still haven't had the time to install it in my 2004 Vibe GT. Hopefully in a couple weeks when I get done with my last HVAC job for 2024. If you only get a few years out of it, then it would still would have been money well spent.
Also just curious on your current "approximate" mileage on this 2008 Vibe? Assuming you bought it just prior to the 300k mark, and have owned it ever since? Prior owner put 75k miles on it each year ... that's hard to comprehend.

I might take the gamble! Over on the Facebook page someone mentioned those tablet based units could have malware or viruses preinstalled so I might do a little extra research. I’m the first private owner of my vibe. I picked it up from a company called Cardinal Heath where my grandfather in-law worked back then. It was a nuclear medicine delivery vehicle (most likely for chemo patients). I got it in August of 2012 with a stack of oil change records. It seems it rolled onto 299,999 3 months before I bought it. Best $1100 car I could imagine.
