Battery Cable Length?

I need new cable ends, so better get two fresh thicker cables made up, instead o' just new ends at the battery.

My new slightly taller battery also makes for a stretch on this weary 18yr old positive cable--can't get a solid hold on the post.

Anyone know the length of ea +/- battery cable?

I'd like to get them made up in advance, then install. Very hard to determine cable lengths while they're in the car.
