need help or advice

hello guys!!!
recently i had problems with the alternator, no big deal, replace it but when i try to install the belt the belt tensioner got very stif and unfortunately it broke, no big deal, got me a new one but when i try to remove the bolt that hold it in place , it wont move at all, !! put blaster overnight , same results, won't move a hair!!, i do not know what to do, runout of ideas!!!
any advice, idea or help is welcome, TIA!!
BTW my vibe is a 2004 vibe gt with 220,000 plus miles!!!
