Yes, I can confirm the Toyota Matrix part will work. The suspension and driveline parts for the two cars are identical.

Thank you so much. I assume the rear pinion seal that we now have to replace is the same. Toyota part is the only one available.

Good afternoon. Thank you for sharing this post. Could either of you please confirm the part numbers for the rear transfer case seal for a 2009 Pontiac Vibe AWD 2.4L 4 speed automatic? The terminology between GM and Toyota is slightly different. I am not a mechanic.
