I got my 2009 Vibe 2.4L two months ago with 220k miles. The wiper arm won't reset back when it's turned off. It stays where it's. Is that normal with this vehicle?

I was watching some generic YouTube fix for this https://youtu.be/J1KfrDZLLcE?si=uDzMtBj7ywbnuwMI and removed my plastic panel, but I don't see any metal tab to catch on.

There is a wiper park switch in the motor assembly that may have failed. I've never worked on that, so I don't know if it's serviceable.
