P0770 on 2003 vibe fwd automatic 250k

2003 Pontiac Vibe, 250k, fwd automatic, P0171 p0125 p0770, won’t go over 40 mph, often can’t drive at stop light, restart and be able to drive. Transmission fluid is brown and high. Suggestions?

After some online search, I think it got intake manifold gasket leak, bad AF sensor and something with transmission (shift solenoid E).
