Stereo install ?

I just put in a new Cd player in my Vibe, originally I had the moon and tunes package. My question is when I pulled out the stock stereo there was the main wirining harness clip and a clip right next to it with only 1 wire going into it, what is that wire for?

has anyone seen repair manuals for the vibe or matirx with diagrams????

Umm i dunno what that wire is for, when i went to get mine installed the guy said that i dont need it and didnt hook it up to anything...
