Replacement Parts - Bracket and Arm cover

2009 Pontiac Vibe 1.8L
I'm needing to get a new front License Plate bracket as mine is damaged and a also need a new windshield wiper arm cover. I have checked local auto salvage yards with no luck.
The GM part #'s are below:
License Plate Bracket 88975684
Windshield wiper arm cover 88969926
The problem is the OEM license plate bracket is that they cost anywhere from $80 - $100. It fits perfectly, but that seems expensive to me for a piece of plastic. Same with the price of the wiper arm cover. ($10-$15) Does anyone know if there any after market parts (or maybe Toyota Matric/Corolla parts) for the bracket and arm cover that will fit on my vibe for these two items?
