ive removed top bolt just fine, seems like notorious problem after looking around.

how the hell do you remove the lower bracket bolt 14mm? its so seized i stripped it thinking it was loosening. ive tried freezing it, PB blaster, tightening then loosening, hex socket, you name it.
i dont want to torche it because belt is nearby and i do not want to damage it.
I've ordered the bolt extraction kit that eats the bolt and loosens it, yall think it'll work?

Thanks again yall. im tryna get this high output alternator installed.

14mm is all i know, purchased a bolt breaker kit i will update on how it goes. PB blast the bolt in the meantime as well as the engine battery ground since that is also seized.

does anyone know specs of the lower alt bracket bolt
Thanks!

Are you asking about the one that is tagged as 27020E in the diagram?

https://parts.toyota.com/p/Toyota_2003_ ... 10223.html thinks that is Toyota part number 9010510223 Doesn't say what the size/threads are on it though

or maybe https://parts.toyota.com/p/Toyota_2003_ ... 10075.html which says its part number 9010510075

Thanks, diagram looks accurate.
I got it off and replaced!
Lower was indeed 14mm, however since it was seized over the course of days I used PB blaster. Ordered a "Bolt extractor kit" (since it was spun) and removed it using my socket + a 24in bar. someone must've used ugga dugga on that thing.
New Alternator is a AutoTech 320A. Included a bracket to fit the aftermarket alternator.
