New Viber

Post by Rainczech »

Howdy y'all,

Just wanted to introduce myself here!

New owner of a 2010 Vibe Base Model, i'm officially the second person to drive this rig, bought it with a little under 100k miles on it. Loving the car so far, just made it's maiden 300-mile highway voyage to college. Thinking about calling her Vicky the Vibe. (For Vehicular Manslaughter, that is  ). Excited to dig deeper into the community and maybe make a few cosmetic upgrades.

Welcome to GenVibe :D Good choice on a "new to you" vehicle. Sounds like you may be on a limited budget BUT a first and easy mod, would be to install the factory fog lights on your ride. Keep us posted on all work done and when time permits, fill us on on other details on this Vibe (how purchased .. dealer or private seller, trim level, price, etc.) Thanks for joining up here and visit often and get involved!

Thanks for the welcome! It has been educational to lurk around here and in the facebook group. Since first posting I have installed an aftermarket stereo and added some snow tires, addressed a squealing fan belt. next project is new speakers since all were blown sans the rear right. Think you could point me in the right direction for info on adding the fog lights?
